The most common thing we hear at the front desk is some version of 'I don't really know what I'm doing.' Perfect. That is what we are here for.
Before you arrive
Wear whatever you were already wearing. Come with makeup on or without — we will cleanse it off either way. If you are on a prescription retinoid or Accutane, tell us when you book so we can adjust.
The first ten minutes
Your esthetician asks what your skin has been doing lately and what bothers you. Not a sales script — an actual conversation. Then you get comfortable, and the room gets quiet.
Afterward
You will get a short, honest recommendation. Sometimes it is a product. Often it is just 'come back in a month.' There is no pressure to buy anything, ever.
